Meet the founder
Jess Mulvey has a wealth of experience in both the Architecture industry and working with young people. She works primarily in community arts and engagement.
She has a background in Architecture with over 7 years experience working in a range of sectors in Award Winning practices like Mole Architects. She now works as a sole practitioner as she became frustrated with the competitive, uncooperative atmosphere and computer-focused processes in practice.
Jess is passionate about the politics behind design and tutors on the Masters course at Manchester School of Architecture. She teaches as part of PRAXXIS, a feminist collective that explores gendered spatial inequalities and how we can challenge these through inclusive design that empowers women.
Alongside this she has worked in varied education settings including Phoenix School for Autism, Dulwich Prep and secondary schools. Jess has run workshops with the Museum of the Home, Single Homeless Project and Woodwork for Well-being.
Whilst working with this range of participants she has developed an agile reflective approach to workshop design and facilitation. This enables her to swiftly adapt plans to suit the skill level and needs of participants.
Core to her practice is a focus on physical making techniques as a means to develop and communicate ideas. She is a confident and ambitious maker who will turn her hand to anything.

Make it stand out.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
